Ever seen this vintage dial? Real?

Hi all.

Have you ever seen this dial? I feel that I have seen the dial in some reference work in the past, but that's just a feeling. Is it a re-paint from someone's imagination or from Omega for real?

The ref. 2391/x is late 1940s to 1951 and the caliber a 30 SC T2 from what I can find.

Anyway, over to you as I am stumped.

My reaction … it’s probably fantasy but I kinda dig it.

Looks kinda 1930s and the watch is from the mid 1940s.
The Ω and Omega look a bit off for me as well, probable redial?

Like you, that font rings a bell, but I can’t find the pic. The combination of the lumeless dial and the once-lumed hands raises more questions…
