Hello, That's a sound solution (pun intended) to make speakes "wife compliant". For now my wife allows my Andrew Jones' Pioneer bookshelf speakers be placed in a sweet spot that she doesn't hate and we get very good sound. Any way, trouble is in the future when I update my speakers with a pair of Elac uni-fi towers. Hope to make those towers "wife compliant" with your trick. Best Eduardo

this nifty clock... she just doesn't like it, or the fact that it took four 4" bolts to keep it on the wall. this nifty planter... although I must admit I made it out of her helmet (she was due for a new one anyway!) This nifty coffee table bike.... all that work getting inside and past all the other furnishings just wasn't appreciated... This nifty 500cc commuter bike... yeah I should have mentioned buying it before it came home, I deserved the shit I got that time.
