Evaluation ST 145.022-69 "pre moon" -1971

Dear all,

I just bought my first vintage speedy and I would like to get to know it better.

Appreciate comments about if the parts are period correct, how strong the case is, crown etc.

Even though I think this is a keeper, a valuation would be nice. I paid 5.6k USD.

Congrats on the new watch!

The dial, hands and bezel are in excellent condition. However, the case looks polished, overpolished at the lugs, especially lower right lug.

Very round lugs indeed. Suits me well though at this point as I am a father of two small kids and live a very ding compatible life 😜
