It looks reasonable value, but there could be some corrosion in the movement, hard to tell from the photos, the rubber seal is long gone. Factor in a reasonable amount for a strap/bracelet if it's head only.
Price is good. The parts are probably worth more than that separated out, so at worst, it's a nice way to store parts. As gem says, a new crystal will do wonders.. And of course a service. Going to pick it up?

Mention to the seller that his example lacks the rarer straight writing caseback, see below left. Perhaps he will give you the watch for free.

Cant understand how you are still negotiating? Just take the damn watch, you will probably not get second chance on that kind. If you are really unsure buy it and send it to me for a quick 100 bucks profit. I will buy it.
