·They're already in Boutiques, but from casual conversations with some ADs I've heard they'll be in in the next couple of weeks. Call your AD and ask, maybe they have more info on shipments.

Not before they release enough to seed the online watch community to generate enough excitement and increased demand.
Then they'll throttle it back to push everybody over the edge just a little bit more to top it all off.
Discounts will be rare for the forseeable future as a result.
