I recently came across this Omega Constellation Watch, I am not sure if it is real or fake. I opened the back and it says 21 Jewel Swiss.The glass appears to be acrylic or plastic. Case says Plaque G10 T Serial 60271 Inside says 21 Jewel Swiss

I think you guys are missing the entertainment value of this thing..... check out that plastic ring so that the movement almost fits the case..... the off center Omega crest on the barrel..... the ultra low precision regulator with the index mark 90 degrees off scale..... and that case!.....machined from a solid block of pot metal using an angry beaver! Its priceless! This thing is the most entertainment I've had this week! I'd love to pull it apart and look around inside..... and then flush it down the toilet like I would any other stinking turd. Oh.... and I think the crown may not be original. Just a hunch.
I think it has potential. Remove the strap from the bottom, wind it fully and set it at 12:00. Hang it by the buckle on a nail on the back fence, count twenty paces back and draw a line. Get out your old Red Ryder (or equivalent) and toe the line. Count how many shots from your BB gun it takes to stop, then check the time. Leave it on the fence to wither and die.
