This little guy just showed up today, has anyone seen a similar case in the past? I took a spin through AJTT and searched the web, I couldn't find a match.

Peter from watchcaserepair.com in Florida said he could fabricate the missing lug and straighten the one that is slightly bent. I plan to send it out today, I will report back with the results. Thanks!

What is the diameter of teh Watch and the caliber inside? Never saw this model before, which doesn't mean anything regarding authenticity.

I have a 26.5 from around 1928 with an engraved mid case. Never found the reference but I suspect that it is a genuine Omega case as I found some years later and from a different source a second case with the same design, and I saw a third identical one on internet. So I suspect there were some Omega with engraved mid case, maybe a local dealer modification or a special series?
The design is however different on mine, it has decorated bezel, lugs and caseback :

Sorry, this is probably of no help to you, but I haven't got more information on those models.

Thank you both, I am thinking it was likely a custom modification done at the time of or after purchase.

The case is 32.5mm without crown, I will check the caliber shortly.

    Thanks again!
