·Hi again,
In an effort to raise funds for a more substantial purchase I continue the selling spree with yet another watch that I will probably miss. This reference rarely comes for sale at a decent price; I bought it almost immediately from a friend when I saw the dial in person. Really dig the silver colored (partial) world map 😉
Reference is 9124341 but I think there are many dial variations; this is one of the most interesting ones.
Condition: showing some signs of wear on case, sides, lugs; caseback has several scratches, some deeper than the rest. Bezel has some wear marks, take a look at the photos as this is what you'll probably notice with your own eyes as well.
Movement: Ebel cal. 124 with a GMT complication (based on ETA 2892 from what I gathered off the WWW). It's running pretty accurately from what I can tell. It sits on a winder and behaves normally, I rarely wear it and don't have to adjust it. No history of revisions, so I suggest you get it checked at your favorite watchmaker.
Crystal: impeccable
Case: Stainless Steel case
Dimensions: approx. 39 mm diameter; because of the crowded bezel the dial appears small. The odd shape doesn't really allow me to measure a classic diameter.
Caseback: attached by screws, never opened while in my possession.
Crown: Original
Dial: Simply awesome in my view; partial view of a world map with silver accents and raised, hair-thin longitudes and latitudes. I bought this watch for the dial.
Strap: original with original clasp, proprietary attachment system to the case; shiny black in color. Decent shape, shows wear especially at the end. Pictures tell the story pretty accurately.
WR: not guaranteed, I never go close to water with any of my watches.
No box or papers!
Did I mention I love the dial?
Price: FINAL DROP TO 700 EUR shipped by EMS within the EU. PayPal for established members only, with solid feedback, and only to confirmed addresses. Bank transfer possible at a discounted price. Will ship once funds clear. No exceptions!
Watch is located in Craiova, Romania, within the EU. All duties or any other additional taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I will provide step-by-step pictures/scans of the packaging and shipping process but once the package leaves my hands I have no power over it.
I am a seller on Ebay under the same username for over 14 years and have 100% positive feedback with over 500 transactions (over 680 individual transactions) and many watches shipped to multiple locations (USA, Canada, the UK, the Netherlands etc.). For any other trust-related issues I can provide further credentials or proof of identity.
I also have several references on WUS, both as a seller and as a buyer. I can provide reference for other transactions as well (Omega 2254.50, Heuer Montreal sold to a very reputable dealer etc.). I recently acquired my first reference here on OF, as a buyer. Also, recently sold a Longines to a fellow OF user.
