Can't see any reason for paying $437 for this watch. Case in terrible condition and no movement image, but even if movement was in nice condition. Still wouldn't be worth the paid price. I was looking to buy for the movement (cases like this get tossed), but lost interest after it hit a set price and no image to gauge movement condition.
I've seen dials on these go for $200 and up and the condition of this one looks pretty good. If the movement is salvageable, the price is OK for today's high market. However, finding a case would be a challenge and the total cost would be more than its value. gatorcpa
It might have actually sold for that price - or keep an eye out for it to be relisted because of "non-payment" (read: the shill bidder won).
This one looks like it was a slightly better "gamble" http://www.ebay.com/itm/OMEGA-Autom...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Even if you need parts - still way too much. I sold a parts movement last year for about $55 incomplete High bidder did have large feedback, but still doesn't mean he wasn't a shill for the seller Joe's link is a nice one, but again no movement image. Could be a rust shop inside there Just can't get a good deal anymore. Long for the older days when you can actually get somethings for really good prices DON
Actually had the OPs watch on my list for the dial alone, agree it went for too much, but if you need a dial, you need a dial.
