A charming-looking example for sure, but I have some concerns (dial refinish?) and movement engravings (no export stamp, bridge engraving text?). Does anybody else have an opinion to share on this lovely-looking old chrono?

Assuming you’re the MorningTundra I’ll defer to you!

However, although my experience is much more with vintage Omega than Rolex, I’ll assume many of the basic principles apply and I’ll say it looks redialed.
- the left subdial print doesn’t appear to be properly centered in the recess.
- the minute hashes appear inconsistent on length and width.
- the font, particularly‘chronographe’ seems very poor quality.

IMHO, It is a fab. Suisse mouvement so it has no import marks since it was probably destined to the French market.
The Rolex bridge looks like a later addition.
