From time to time last several months eBay posts up flash sale coupons. They have one for today, good until 8pm PST. Coupon is $15 off $75. Not bad discount if you are buying something today. Used it last time to buy a bunch of misc watch parts and odds and ends.

Nope. these are all general codes that anyone can use. They are different than the personalized ones that individuals get. Those ones can be used only once and by a certain person. These ones are advertised by eBay on their main page when they come up for all to see. While each individual can only use them once, you can have 1000's use same code as long as it is active (and you buy items that are included, in this case 99% of items sold on eBay).
