·A couple of years ago I bought an expensive, very hard to find dial, from a German ebayer who only accepted wires. He had an excellent rating and the dial arrived with no issues. As your seller also has fine ratings and an active account, I think you will be ok.

·some sellers are just not that responsive to messages. I guess the fact that he posted out the item is in itself an acknowledgement that he has received the transfer. I have bought a few lower priced watches on ebay and have also found that often, the sellers are not very responsive to messages asking for confirmations. etc. All my items arrived OK.

·Finally after 3 weeks of waiting and sending many messages to the seller! the watch arrived very a an small box, lots of protection and very happy to received the small Movado. I made some quick pictures to share but once it's back from the watchmaker plus new strap then I'll do a proper pictures. This is a 30mm step case (FB case), pink gold hands, Breguet indices and bezel . Second hand is red even do not easy to appreciate in the pics (I Need to polish the Plexiglas). thanks for your support . I will always remember my first Ebay shopping experience.
