eBay 2998-4 from questionable seller

Did anyone here win this 2998-4?

Ended a couple of days back and sold for $5,300 - but seller was in UK and shipping from Ukraine, and unresponsive to boot. Dial and hands look shot to me, but what do I know. Bottomline was, it sounded too good to be true so... thoughts?

I would say no there is no watch, the mention of FAP caseback engraving is the first warning!
