im new to this forum though I’ve always loved omega watches, owned a few and presently enjoy a 60s seamaster.
Recently i came acoss this unusual piece. I’m quite sure it’s a printer’s block for an omega ad.
Does anyone know more about this kind of thing or has anyone seen anything like it?
I’ve included a reverse pic so it can be read more easily.
    Thanks

In days of yore, that item was called an advertising mat.

Cast in lead and plated in copper or bronze. Very weathered though
