    H li all,

I’ve been a member of the forums for a little while now and have loved every day of it. Even added a few omegas to my rotation because of it! I’m strongly considering adding the right early 90’s Speedmaster Pro to my collection. Any advice, input, or things to be weary of when seeking this model or year set? For example I heard for a year or two omega did not use signed crystals on this model.

    as always thank you advance,

    Dr. K

Good idea to add a 90s model. There are still lot of nice 145.022s around.
I can only advise to buy yourself a copy of Moonwatchonly and learn about the watch before buying so you can identify the components of the watch and learn about the history.

    Good luck hunting!

I believe this has been confirmed accurate. I owned a circa 1991 - in the range for some of the last models before the dial scrip change - that was not signed.

I wouldn’t let a hesalite crystal deter you from a purchase. For argument sake, if it was supposed have a signed crystal just get one and replace it. Won’t cost much and the parts are available.
