    Hi,
whats the best way to rectify this problem? Really frustrating as the watch is only less than 2 months old, and Omega says straps are not covered in their warranty:mad:

...It might just be me who cannot see the obvious, but - what's the issue?

I think the inner keeper next to the buckle came slightly undone. But yeah I'm kinda at a loss too.

Go to a boutique, but I'm sure they might be able to help you.

Dab of glue and fold in back under. Should do the trick.

Same think happened to another band I had from the Swatch group. Also got the same "thats not under warranty" run around then.

What sort of glue? How did you apply it?

UHU is a brand, many different types of glue. Did you use "superglue", craft glue, epoxy?

I would use a contact glue (see below), apply it to both exposed surfaces, allow it to dry to a firm tack, fold the parts together, place a strip of silicone or something like that into the loop to keep the glue section from bonding with the strap and either clamp it in a vice or apply pressure for a few hours, (clothes pegs/bulldog clips).

Remove the spacer strip and see how it goes.

If you're in the UK this would be covered under Sale of Goods Act as not fit for purpose.

Use the Locktite super glue. That stuff is amazing. I can't find mine and with a four year old running around the house I'm terrified.
