I write this after a private talk with the seller, not so responsive...

I think this style has nothing to do with a 565 style, and the case is not "all steel" but as clearly written, is a chromed case (fond acier).

BTW I’m not interested in the watch; I’m writing this only for clarity and for the knowledge of any potential buyers, who I believe deserve to have correct information. I think the beauty and richness of the forum lie in being as clear and transparent as possible, as a community.

There is nowhere in the add written steel or stainless steel and there is nowhere written Borgel marked either. The ones with a Borgel stamp/mark is way moore expensive and yes I do have one of that as well. I have not had any intention of selling a watch I cant stand for.
And I am also removing the add cos I didnt know it wasnt all steel and will not sell it.

I don't have a horse in this race but the caseback is stamped "fond acier inoxydable", which means it is stainless steel.

The case itself doesn't look plated but I might be wrong. More knowledgeable members here should be able to clarify this easily.

Thanxx for your reply. Well that watch went strait back to the one I bought it from so it will never be for sale from me. I did buy it under the assumption it was in steel. Neverthenless I have not stated that the watch was steel nor that it was a Borgel marked case that I was accused of when recieving a dm. I took actions as fast as I could but didnt get any thanxx for doing so.
Anyway, my real Doxa 565 is now for sale and I also contacted @vujen in advance if he had any complains.

When you have fond acier, that means that only the caseback is made of stainless steel, and the case is chrome plated. No doubt.
