Hi all, Up for sale today is my Doxa Grafic. For those that may not have heard of or seen this watch before, the Grafic was introduced in 1957 and was a Bauhaus influenced design born out of a keenness for a thin, square cased dress watch that was non-angular. The trend at the time had been very much for round cases. This example is from 1961 and comes with it's original buckle and box. Perhaps a nice gift for someone turning 60 this year? Condition: This example is in excellent vintage condition. The beautiful linen dial is clean. The gold plated case and the stainless steel back are very, very nice for being 60 years old. Service history is unknown but the caliber 104 winds smoothly and keeps good vintage time. Highlights: - Comes with original crown, buckle and box - Beautiful design details - the non angular square case, the geometric lines criss crossing at the center, the placement of the brand and model at 4:30 and date at 10:30, open 6s and 9s in the date wheel - Excellent condition - Attractive linen dial Additional Information: Size: 31mm without crown, 35mm lug to lug (wears like a 34mm round watch) Serial: 614xxxx Year: 1961 Caliber: Manual wind cal 104 Box/papers: Yes/No Strap: Brown leather with original Doxa buckle I’m asking $695 USD which will also include express shipping within CONUS. Other countries at cost. Paypal, Zelle, Transferwise or bank wire only. Watch and I are in the US and I can ship worldwide (with some exceptions). Plenty of references available upon request. Thanks!
