Unbelievable! Wasn't even following the game but I did catch the OT drive once I heard it was tied. Brady is a monster.

Wow, just wow. What a game! I generally only watch one football game a year, and this was a doozie.

I'm so glad I stuck it out till the end, having paused it for half an hour to do dinner dishes.

Too funny. Didn't even watch the game but found it funny the trash talk started early and wound up coming back to haunt. Would be even more humorous if someone's avatar message was about karma :D

I couldn't care less who won. Karma sucks, by the way.

I admit I haven't watched a Superbowl in over 10 years. I had to ask someone yesterday who was playing, and I was shocked to hear Atlanta. I guess they finally recovered from Michael Vick.

A lot of people were getting memes with Tom ready to make fun of him...And they did it too early. I was flying from Atlanta yesterday and I felt their desire to win, while I was there.
But, landed in Boston and I felt like Bostonians want 5th trophy even more...Congrats to all of the Pats fans.

Agreed I was at a sales meeting in Boston last week and you could tell they wanted it, but I felt the Atlanta fans while they wanted to win I think the ones at the meeting were held back by not knowing what it feels like

How does it feel to root for cheaters? The shame of it is that the Patriots are good enough that they don't need to cheat. But they've been caught twice now.

If only the Falcons weren't so greedy when they were at the 20 in the 4th quarter....run the ball 3 times, keep the clock going and kick a field goal. Even if they didn't make it, that takes at least another 2 minutes off the clock and/or make NE use their timeouts. That's poor coaching by Atlanta.

But Patriots deserve credit for the comeback. Congrats.

Just goes to show, if you really want to beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl, there's only one group of guys to do it....

From your perspective, do they ever get to live that down? Do you feel it now applies to the whole team? To some in particular? What if they are found not to have cheated this season? Do you give them a clean slate?

Actually doesn't it apply more to the whole team than almost anyone? This isn't the first incident, and Kraft admitted fault and sacrificed picks, while Brady never admitted fault. Personally, I feel as though Kraft is an idiot he should have never made the reference he did in his speech post game...it would have been much better to take the high road without a snide comment. After all I did not hear Brady make a comment. I don't think anyone is saying this is forever, but as long as Bill is there and Brady is there I think people will question it...

Do cheaters wear watches? I read an article that they have been banned at universities when taking tests, just imagine what they could do...

Great game from the neutral point of view. But only one thing matters -

The Cubs won the World Series
