I have some doubts about the dial of this Omega Geneve day date ref. 166.0188.
Now I wonder, but the writing at the bottom "swiss made" shouldn't be narrower and located exactly under 6 o'clock and not on the sides of 6 o'clock. Regards
There are variations on the style of Swiss Made.
It depends on what company made the dial for Omega, and what particular batch of dials were contracted.
Additionally, although many on OF and elsewhere are fans of Genèves, they’re neither universally loved nor sought after so, no one is likely to go to the trouble and expense of redialling one.
This is the photo taken from Omega's vintage archive for this reference. As you can easily see, the word "swiss made" is different
As others have already said your example is fine. There is a variation to these based on the dial production. Note how your example is has a silver dial while the archive picture is clearly a dark tone. You won’t see many redials for these and if you do they’ll be far more egregious.
