Cool! Are you a snoopy fan? NASA fan? Both? Neither? What's the appeal? Share a bit with us.

The silver snoopy has appealed to me aesthetically since it was released. I am also a fan of snoopy and have grown to appreciate the connection between NASA, omega, and snoopy. The original "eyes on the stars" snoopy was a bit of an afterthought. As I was searching for a silver snoopy a near NOS original snoopy popped up for sale in Canada. The opportunity to have the complete duo was too much to resist. I almost pulled the trigger on a silver snoopy last year and ended up paying about $1000 more this year because I waited. But I am glad to have an example that came from the Vancouver boutique in Canada so the $1000 does not bother me. From observing the price trends of both these watches in the last couple of years I felt I needed to act sooner rather than later if I wanted these pieces in my collection at a "reasonable" price.

    Congrats!
These two just belong together in my humble opinion! Love the XIII connection myself, such a great effort to get the guys back in one piece, which triggered the award. One of the best stories of manned space flight for me.
