Are you saying this watch is a fake?

Yes, the markers on the refinished dial do not match those from a 135.027 dial, and the mid case seems to be from another watch entirely. Crown and second hand are also incorrect. Looks like a complete franken to me.

I think the movement dates to 1970, which seems like it would be wrong for this reference as well, but I don't feel confident enough to say for sure on that point.

Edit: If I've missed the mark on this one, I will humbly paddle back to the shallow end of the pool.

I agree, maybe an artificially aged fake, or a kind of franken
never seen a dial with such a "swiss made" (and ugly markers and relume)
overpolished case (can't say if fake)
possibly a fake caseback (artificially aged)
wrong (fake?) hands
wrong crown
correct movements are 25M to 27M, not 32M (although often swapped during service)
not worth a penny anyway
