A "flight-qualified by NASA for all" limited edition 100m waterproof DeVille. I'd almost want to buy it.
And no, its not a chronograph, its a chronometer with lots of nice subdials.

See ya! Don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

The watch you posted was completely authentic. You're lucky you weren't totally lambasted, dickhead.

Please use the [sarcasm] correct font [/sarcasm] next time.

Look for the Report Item llink or button. It should be reported as a counterfeit item. For fakes like this, I report it as having gold quality and other markings on the case back since they are virtually always on the inside of the case. If you notice anything else, go ahead and add it. eBay does not give you very many characters to write, so be concise it writing.

Here are some tips to help you avoid purchasing a fake vintage Omega.

Here's a classic fake Seamaster:

First, you won't find "antimagnetic" or a jewel count on the dial of any Seamaster. Second, that's one crappy movement. Omega copper plated their movements since the word Seamaster has been used on the dial. Third, Omega never put the hallmarks (like the Ω WATCH Co inside the triangle or the 18K 0.750) you see on this watch's caseback on the outside - they were always on the inside.

Thread it came from: http://omegaforums.net/threads/seamaster-elecromagnetic.6234/

Here's another example in a different case:

Bottom line: ASK BEFORE YOU BUY! Part of the reason this forum exists is to help less experienced people buy decent vintage watches without getting ripped off. We don't even charge! It's a FREE service!

I need your help re authentecity and year model of this watch. Thanks in advance.

Start a new thread. The "not for inquiries" in the title literally means not to inquire about watches in this thread.

Good afternoon all

New user hoping to have made a decent purchase ..
Earlier today I acquired a circa 80s Co-Axial in what looks to be very good condition serial 8082860 ;

I was hoping to get some opinions From you guys as to what to look out for in terms of confirming it’s autheticity and perhaps a steer on value , hard to say I know

Co axial was introduced in 1999 by Omega, bad start.
