Though not beeing an expert, I never saw such a dial on a Constellation, obviously a fake?!
Case (number 14900) seems to be an often faked one...

Type face is off, but actually seems to come close to passing MOY (if the chevrons in the M were slanted as they should be)

What does that have to do with reporting it as a fake? Piss-poor redials aren't necessarily fakes.
