This one also looks like it’s missing the serifs.

Regarding the OP’s inquiry, I have come across other examples with similar font thickness:

Excellent information as it brings more examples to the table to compare 👍

Screenprints wear over time so it would make sense to see a change in font thickness though out 10s of thousands of examples. It would have been amazing to have a repeatable photo of ever bezel as they come out and be able to see a timelapse of the deterioration and a diversity of alignment as well as when they decided to switch to a new screen, etc 😀

Shutterspeed/focal length/resolution/camera stability have a significant effect on how we perceive these nuances over the internet from picture to picture.
Here is the above 321ONLY bezel compared to a speedmaster101 bezel, followed by 321ONLY compared to SEMDOT14. Again, larger geometric adjustments have to be made to photos that are not taken on-axis and with dissimilar resolutions and lensing - You will see alignment issues, so take with what ever level of salt you wish.

@ZWD These are amazing comparisons. Thank you for this. It really does look like it is just a worn-out applicator. Regardless, I am happy enough with all the input to pull the trigger and consider it original.

you're welcome - again, take these gifs as nothing conclusive. Your image was geometrically manipulated and upscaled to get it to align, not to mention compressed to create the GIFs. These comparations are good as a first level of detection for gross errors.
If you want to further investigate I would recommend taking a picture with the physically camera stabilized (tripod or locked somehow) and have the camera aligned/leveled as best you can with the center axis of the bezel. Even better if you have a DSLR an a macro lens available 😀

There are so many nuances to a bezel that other have already started to pick at. Some missing serifs and suspect numeral curves. But again unless you have very high quality images of the bezel it can be inconclusive and thus wont pass muster for some.
