I asked fellow member @MSNWatch who his watchmaker is here in the Philippines and contacted the guy right away. I found out that he does home service! Interesting fellow. His dad was a watchmaker in the 50s-60s. He's been working as one since the 70s. His wife worked for the distributor of Bulova here and their son is a watchmaker for Patek Philippines.

Here's his van (where he has several watch parts and most of his equipment) in my garage:

That's some range he covers, tower clocks all the way down to watches!

Goes by Le Arsi...he used to post on some forums quite a lot. He also manufactures an inexpensive quartz watch analyzer that does the basics. Have seen him post a few times about making his tower clocks...not pure mechanical clocks by any means, but still nice.
