Does this diamond dial seem factory?

Here's one from me, really puzzled me - the seconds hand is not original, it's from a Geneve, the crown is not original, the watch isn't solid gold, but I wondered whether it's the marriage of a NOS case with a dial from a melted 168.008 - it was probably me trying to believe it's real, the only other similar baguette dial on a Constellation is a redial



I do wish OP had attached pictures, I really wonder what that 168.029 with 2 diamonds looked like, but I guess it was this:


^ This is a sad case where the movement is a 565, and the turned star / damaged indices make it seem like a possible custom job, but unlike OP's description, it's all inside a white gold case, so if OP's was a different watch, and a similar dial, it could mean the dials were original
