Does this 50's Omega ref 2438-8 look genuine?

Hello, I am currently in the market for a nice 40's-50's Bumper style omega (If anyone has any for sale please PM me)

I found this nice-looking bumper on ebay, and I am still getting familiar with the 40s-50s reference numbers and what everything is supposed to look like.

I'll include some images from the ebay posting I found. I would love any opinions/feedback.

i swore the 10 looked super Wonky. Like the 1 looks so much longer

I know that you’re very knowledgeable with almost everything Omega. This picture is from a posting on this Forum. I already messaged the seller but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. Is this dial original? I have a hard time finding watches with the same dial and reference number online (Ref 2421/2)

I'm not specifically familiar with that reference or dial, but at first glance it looks legit to me based on the font and printing and the nature of the two-tone dial. However, there is some damage in spots and around the perimeter, and it may have been cleaned/repaired/touched up in various areas. Again, that's just my first reaction based on general observations. The owner probably knows more about it

That’s actually correct and part of the style. Here’s what it should look like.

However, you can see the newer paint on the sides of the numerals. Poor quality redial.
