Does the lume appear to be restored or could it be original on this dial

I recently found this dial listed on eBay as a possible NOS. The aged appearance seems to support the claim, however the lume dots appear as if recently replaced unless could have even been replaced decades ago. Those of you with a more experienced eye, please comment!!!. Thanks for adding to my horological education!!

Looks quite uniform and original to me - it just looks to be stored somewhere humid so the lume has gotten fluffy.
Because watchmakers apply lume with an oiler - there is just no way to make it almost perfectly spherical and round like they did at the factory.
At the end of the day - if it looks good, that's good enough for me.

Thanks for your input !! I agree with your comments and I would also wager it to be original and not a re-dial. . The lume did at first appear slightly odd from all others I have seen from this vintage. I guess given that it is a coathanger S version Seamaster, and no "T" near the Swiss made inscription, it would most likely be Radium lume.
