@swarden and welcome to the forum. All of the information you need to identify your watch is contained on the inside of the caseback. We recommend taking your watch to a watchmaker who is used to working on vintage watches. They will have the tools to disassemble your watch. Take some clear, focused pictures of the numbers on the inside caseback and on the watch movement, and come back here to post the pictures. Just based on the dial design and extensive use of gold, I'd guess the late 1960s to early 1970s...
