Can't get enough of them. I've got two, a 1500 grey sigma (like above) with smooth bezel and oyster bracelet, and a new incoming steel and rose gold 1601 with matte black dial (matte rose gold batons too) on president bracelet.

I was given this 15053 in 1988 when I graduated from university. It had a champagne dial though and eventually I found it hard to read. I had the dial changed to black about 7 years ago. I’ve actually never liked it since then. I’m taking it to RSC Canada on Friday and I’m going to have it changed again to a blue dial and have the bracelet replaced with a two tone. Then at least I’ll wear it as a dress watch.

I always enjoy wearing one of my datejust of 1601 model with original tropical brown dial which aged after 58 years since it was produced by rolex montre I.60 as stamped on case back...
The dial is found similar color with my lovely Border Collie “Leon”

Congratulations - I have a 7 5/8" wrist and the DJII is the perfect size for me. Beautiful watch
