Do you know the model name/code of this Swatch Chronograph?

Dear forum members,

Hope that you can help. I’ve spend hours to find the model name/reference code of the Swatch Chrono displayed in the picture. So far without any result. Who can help me to end the search? 😀

As you can see it’s a chronograph with a Tachymeter scale on the dial. It has a date function at 4 (with cyclops lens in the crystal). I guess the strap is not original to the watch (no Swatch engravings). “SWATCH AG 1997” is mentioned on the dial.

Hope to find a original replacement strap once I find any reference.

Very cool swatch. logo seems a bit hard to make out.
Looks like this model thats been sold, just that yours has a different band. Part of the swatch "Velocita" collection? Acording to the seller model SCN405.
