I thought it through the hunt continues looking at a Seiko 6105 or Bulova Sea King(early 70s)
A 6105 is great but certainly not "cheap", you might spend between 500 and 1000 USD.
Better off keeping an eye out on offerings here, and another option is to find cheap 1980s Seiko models like 4205 or 4206.
If the latter, just make sure you're getting the right size for you and if you buy from Asia be careful as movements there may have been highly corroded by humidity, and call for expensive repairs. You need to find one that works and keeps time.

Agree with the other posters those are all terrible. Go with a cheap citizen or Seiko if you really want to find a cheap diver, besides you are going to wonder what to do with a 10 dollar watch that needs a 200 dollar service one day.
Well since this I have decided on a Seiko chrono from the mid 70s

Seiko chrono prices are going through the roof. A very nice 6138-8020 Panda Dial just sold for $1225 yesterday, exceeding most recent sales by a large margin.

That's a very good choice, virtually indestructible. I wear a 7548 while rowing; waterproof and shockproof and, easily replaceable if it goes overboard.

Nice choice. I think you will be happy with Seiko at that price point

Don't go too cheap on the hammie, the service may cost you more than the watch

Yeah seller said it accurate, but fingers crossed! First thing will be checking the gaskets.
