It's got to be that world timer with the tachymeter scale and no diver bezel.
That off centre date window is really going to impress your friends.

    How about none of them...

You can do better for a budget diver. Some of the Bulova ones are killer and easy to source.

There is a fine line between an inexpensive vintage diver and a piece of shit.

Yup, I can just see that on George Clooney's wrist in The American, instead of the speedmaster.

The first one does look cool on the outside, but its movement isn't much of a looker...

Agree with the other posters those are all terrible. Go with a cheap citizen or Seiko if you really want to find a cheap diver, besides you are going to wonder what to do with a 10 dollar watch that needs a 200 dollar service one day.

Are you actually diving? Do you have an instructor you could ask?
Or if you aren't diving, but want an inexpensive watch that makes it look as if you might, I understand the Seiko dive watches are inexpensive and actually used by real divers.
Or if you just want my aesthetic choice of the ones you showed, I guess the Citizen, just because I like simple dials that can be read at a glance.

What do you mean by "usable"? You really shouldn't take any vintage watch on an actual dive.
