Seller lalau_jeanc sold me a redialed Movado M95 and refuses to accept a return. Item purchased by auction and described as "Completely Original Dial". He currently has 2 watches on ebay here. If the seller does not respond, then I will be posting his personal information here.
you can return anything not as described through ebay's system i believe 45-60 days after you purchased it to do so.
I didn't realize that it was a redial until recently, 5 months later and past the 120-day window that Visa allows. I was naive, inexperienced and didn't question the seller who was very confident with the dial. Apparently, I wasn't the only one since others bid up to $4,000. What a difference it makes when you falsely advertise the product, huh?
