My Omega MoD print on the right, original Omega print on the left. It is the same print as your 2nd dial, the only difference being mine has a sunken sub second as it is (fairly unusually) re-printed on the original dial, yours doesn't appear to have a sunken sub dial, which is the norm for those dials.

Hello to everyone..
Today I received the dials and here is an update to the thread..

I still don't have the radioactivity meter - still on the way, but we will look at the dials in daylight and under UV, as I got the torch..

So here are some new pics:

After the UV exposure ends, luminophor glow disappears after three to four seconds, equally on both dials. I will additionally measure the radioactivity level as soon as I receive the control equipment.

Can we make a verdict - do we have enough visual information to judge the authenticity of the dials?

Dials are not radioactive.

I do not know wether the MoD workshops put off the Radium or Tritium indication and repainted the original base dial or did they take new brass to be printed.
Yes the Stores Ref No 10033 on the dial indicates Omega and later the complete Nato would be 6645-99-445-2031.
You see, originally 13 suppliers were planned, but Enicar seems to have been banned as they supplied the Germans as well, but other Swiss manufacturers did also??
See the chart compiled by Th. König...
(A complete 12-set is just for auction at Crott.)

See here a MoD Tritium dial on IWC WWW with reduced NSN (the complete NSN would be 6645-99-445-5890, the W10 stands for the British Army):
And Record Tritium dial with NSN (6645-99-445-5890):
And Record non radioactive dial with stores ref:
They are all military authentic but not factory authentic, as those had Radium indication.
