··Melbourne AustraliaThe seller has used photographs of two different watches. The first one you posted had nice new lume on the hands and a clean dial and the script was finer than on the other one.
The one you received and some of the other shots by the seller were a different watch with lume falling out of the hands.
Maybe he got confused and sent the wrong watch. 🙄
Either demand the original one you paid for or return the scratched one. Note that it may not be scratches, could be the lume flakes that have fallen from the hands. But return it in any case.
