Different types of bezels for Speedmaster Reduced?

    Hi All,

While looking up info about the Speedmaster reduced (3510.50), I came across pictures showing two variants of the bezel. Most of the pictures I see are of a bezel with the word TACHYMETRE with a letter A with a "flat top", such as in the following picture:

    "Flat top" or "truncated" A

A few pictures though show a "normal" A like these ones:

    "Normal A", dial 1

    "Normal A", dial 2

My question is simple: are the watches with a "normal A" bezel legit? Or Frankenwatches? Or even worse, fakes?
I have seen "normal A" bezels looking like genuine Omega parts (P/N: 082SU1132) but I still find this a bit confusing. I have also stumbled across Speedmaster Reduced for sale with box and papers with the "normal A" but they are rare compared to the"flat top A" type.

Thanks in advance and apologies if this message is considered of the "fake/not fake" type, in which case I can post it again in the correct thread.
