@paddymoran have been researching today, and all the circle 30s I could find across different bracelet types have the pre-1969 omega logo in the triangle with the close together feet, similar to the applied logo on the 145.012 dial and crowns. This would seem to place the 30 buckle design before 1969.

For the 1116 bracelet, there seems to be an even mix between the 30 clasps and the 11 clasps. This may indicate a transitional period during the making of that bracelet.

Most 1171s feature 11. Also the circle 11 has an extra point of friction, where as the 30 relys on the top edges of the clasp cover for all its friction. Circle 11 seems to be used throughout the 70s on the trapazoid version.

Suspect the circle 30 was used in early 1171 and 1116 bracelets, while the 11 was the later more advanced clasp that saw use into the 1970s.

No, you're wrong, it's the opposite. The 11 are the first, the 30 come later.

there are 1171 (11) with embossed logo, which are the first 1171

What's the evidence for them being later though?

Here's a 30 from a 1116 that was original to a 69st from 1970. This bracelet was only made until 1971, which the means the 30s were at least around at the same time as the 11. Has there been a 30 found on a Trapazoid 1171?

It's all explained in the book Moonwatch only.

Even the (30) would seem not to be suitable for Speedmaster, but for other references

I have the Moonwatch Only book; it mentions 11 and 12 clasp types for the 1171, but 11, 30 and 31 for the 1116 bracelet.

That's a good point, I wonder if the 30s were originally used on the Seamaster 300?

The 1159 bracelet (for Speedmaster Mk11) also has 11 and 30 variants. Good discussion about it here:

Then you can check on Moonwatch only, because it is clearly written that (11) are the oldest 😉👍

1171(30) are all probability for Seamaster

The 1171(30) is a Seamaster bracelet, but it works just fine on Speedmasters and looks like any other 1171. I have one on my ‘71 Speedmaster with 676 endlinks. It also has the relief style logo on the clasp which I prefer over the trapezoid logo that you typically see on the 1171/633.

Based on my recet interest for the DD 145.022 i think we should also mention the 1171 that was made specific for this model?

Based on the pictures above i believe it was based on the 1171 Square Logo and they applied 14kt center links to match the two-tone look of the dial (with two-tone 633 end links),

best regards,
Duccio

1171/633 with circle 32 and stamped square logo. Purchased new from Ofrei for my SM300 project in 2012 or 2013.

Reviving this thread in hopes someone might have a bit of insight/guidance:

would a 1171/30 bracelet with raised omega logo on the clasp and 175 end links be the correct combo for a Seamaster 145.024 flat Jedi?
