Good afternoon guys I have a question. I bought a 3861Sapphire Speedy a few months ago from an and loved the watch so much that I just bought a Hesalite 3861 model with no box but with cards. The Hesalite one is supposedly new and still has stickers. The winding action feels so much better than my Sapphire version. I can wind it with just one finger. My Sapphire version feels fine but has kind of a drag feeling from gasket. Have you ever seen variations like this between watches in the same model?

Every Speedmaster I've ever owned has its own particular feel; sometimes they are creamy smooth, sometimes they are stiffer, the feel depends on the state of the gaskets and a few other factors. It's all normal. I just wind it until it hits a hard stop, and then strap it on.

Yes, indeed. I've noticed significant difference between 3861s.
