Sorry for the newbie question, but is it possible to put a smaller Omega end link, like the 808, with the newer 1998 bracelet? I don't like the 849 endlink as it protrudes a mm or two past the lugs. Thanks in advance.

 

Some endlinks are interchangeable, but the majority are not. If anything other models of endlinks will protrude even more from the case than 849s

 

There is also the 840 end link which sits lower than the 849 if I remember correctly
