Do your lugs look the same like the watch in ebay?
What aspect are you referring to? I would say the lug profile generally looks similar to the ebay listing, but not sure which aspect you mean.

Brushing looks like the factory finish to me.

Edit: one of two untouched examples with same brushing

I was just wondering if this might be a special production range of cases, that came with a different shape, asymmetrical lugs like this and also with the non horizontically brushed flanks.

Can you post a picture of the lugs?

Here we go. In your lug comparison pics, the case with the fatter lugs looks like a later case to me. 60’s early 70’s (not sure when they changed, and ignoring CB cases) all had these thinner lugs...the modern ones look like they have less ground away towards the end of the lugs...

Thank you!

Yes, this looks different from the ebay case, doesn't it? But the same kind of weird brushing, right?

Mine for comparison. Although the lighting seeming to be deceiving a bit, making the lugs look a bit uneven. They look more even in-hand. Overall very similar to @eugeneandresson's.

Yes, mainly even. That's how the lugs should basically look like.

And the ebay watch has two lugs that seem as if they were from two different watches.

Looks the same to me. And brushed not in the same plane as the case if it were lying flat. Also the size and fineness of the grain...people who refinish usually can’t get it looking like this (grain size, pressure etc).

Any concerns regarding the gaps between the 516 end links and the lugs?

... my 145.022-69 on 1039\516 has also a gap ...

While the lugs seem to be quite even to me.

.. I think a small margin between lugs and endlink is normal. .

Yes, of course.

But your lower left is not significantly thinner than the right lug.

It is interesting to note that the first day the seller was willing to sell it for 13k usd and it ended up going for within 100 of his BIN price. Very, very big coincidence I guess.

I have seen several -69's recently with exactly this diagonal sort of brushing. They appear otherwise unpolished. Anyone know if this kind of brushing common for this period?
Yes. Common to see the angled brushing on -69.

Wow. Almost $13k for a 861 Caliber Speedie with a printed logo.

Very attractive watch. 13K is under the money for this.
