Did anyone see this case before on a chronostop 145.010?

And I can only find these two case designs. The 'driver' case and the round shaped case.

The case of a 145.007 looks a bit similar with the straight line between the lugs.

Looks to have been so severely polished it’s plausible it started out correct! Maybe a very polished 145.016? Edit- ignore me, missed the mono-pusher.

It’s likely a Franken or dial swap from the mini Chronostop into the larger Seamaster CS case. And then polished to hell.

I think that is it.

Just a guess: Case is original. Just received some serious polishing.
During the process the parts covering the space between the lugs 'left the stage'.
😉

That’s the standard 145.010 case with a serious polish (or five.)

Is it possible to polish a case that far? It's like killing somebody, bury him, dig him up, kick the dead body and throw him in the grave again...

My guess is the guy fell asleep at the polishing wheel.
