Dial Original?

Can someone help to tell me if this dial is original?
Can't seem to find this particular model.

The dial is real. The surface finish is not original. Did you notice the paint creeping up the sides of the Ω as well as the indices?
There are also issues with the dial printing.

for me it also looks strange, especially the way paint touches indexes, omega logo.

I think they painted over some fibers/hairs on the dial.
