Dial for an Omega TV Geneve project with silver indices

I am looking for a replacement NOS dial for an Omega TV Geneve project with silver indices. The dial / case I have shown is for references. My original dial is toast with extensive damage requiring replacement or resurfacing of printed lettering and indicing marking. I am looking for Silver, Green, Black or any other color. I need silver indices is the only hard requirement. The watch is reference is 166.0191 / 366.0835 with a 1012 Omega movement. Any suggestions are appreciated on a source or if one of the members have one. I would also consider resurfacing the one that I have. The lettering and black indice highlights have been wiped off in a number of places, but the over all dial is physically in good shape
