Detailed 38.5mm and 41.5mm Aqua Terra Case Dimensions?

Obviously one is 38.5mm and the other is 41.5mm. I know the 38.5mm size has 19mm lug width and the 41.5mm has 20mm lug width. Past that I can't find any concrete info anywhere though.

I'm looking for the lug to lug distance on each case, the thickness on each case (this is the same, correct?) and the dial or crystal diameter would be really helpful info too.
