Deployment for Genteel Advice Needed

Hi,

I am looking to get a Genteel 20/18mm alligator deployment strap. Genteel says their straps are 2.5MM thick.
I was at the Boutique this morning to pick up a deployment and they gave me

9452.18.83

I noticed in another post it said this model is for 2.7mm straps. (see picture below)

Would it make a difference on the Genteel?
How thick are the "normal" clasps?
Should I exchange for 9452.18.93 or 9452.18.33 (and whats the diff btw those?)
Is it more versatile to have the slightly thick deployment to wear with more strap options?

I have a Genteel calf strap and am using it on a standard 9452.18.33 which I had laying around for a couple of years, it's a very tight fit but workable. But if you have a 9452.18.83 made for a 2.7mm thickness, the 2.5mm Genteel should be perfect with it. Stay with what you have, better to have a skosh more room than not enough.
