Decoding Reference Numbers

Hi all - I'm new here and have been watching from afar for some time. You all seem to be a great supportive group so here I go. I've wondered for a long time, but what do the ST and SP at the end of reference numbers mean? Do they stand for anything at all? Thank you!

Thank you @Archer 😁 ! I have read many times (I don't recon where though) that SP was used for Special Pushers for Speedies. But I am no expert. Do you know SP stands for the ?

Because it doesn’t stand for special pushers…

special peluenger or something similar. It means it’s a more water proof version in Swiss or what ever oddball French variety they used.
