I found this green dialled De Ville, and immediately fell in love with the faded green dial, and brushed gold case. Although I have Speedies, Seamasters, et al... I know nothing about these models. Would appreciate any education or info about it. Thanks
I believe this is it. http://www.omegawatches.com/planet-...ache=1&cHash=f21d5d58d3ba1c1c73f5712bcf46c7d0 Can't read the caliber but here's one that sold on eBay with a navy dial. http://www.ebay.com/itm/OMEGA-DE-VILLE-TANK-AUTOMATIC-CAL-684-VINTAGE-AUTOMATIC-WATCH-SWISS-MADE-/371429291526?hash=item567ae93606&nma=true&si=4lGZKyCP%2BU7CoHANCDY9un7PqdM%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Ok, great. Slightly different to the blue dialled one on eBay, but same movement and model. So they not worth very much? I have not purchased it yet, but seller asking $400.
You can see what it went for on eBay. If you like it and are willing to pay $400, great. I would confirm with someone here more knowledgeable that it's real before spending the money.
Thanks efauser for the input. It is just such a cool, funky retro watch, and looks great on my wife's arm. Everything looks original, and it still has the original Omega embossed Hesalite glass. Losing about 5min/day, so would need a service. Just a bit weary about the super duper green dial...
