Eterna Kontiki, I suspect. Should be an ETA based movement. Where have you searched for the part you need? Help us help you.

    Hi
My watchmaker said it is a 1489, was trying to look for the old date wheel that was removed from it but can't find it, got misplaced but will look for it again tonight. Anyways, here are photos of the watch. I acquired it here in the forum and was described "Vintage Jumbo Eternamatic Kontiki 20". I love the watch, but unfortunate things happens. Thanks for your kind response.
    Cheers!

Ps: The installed one, as in the pic, the date wheel is a tad narrower that is why there's an annoying gap on the right side of the date. LOL

That is an ETA movement. There will likely be an Eta trade mark and a movement caliber number under the rim of the balance wheel. If these marks are there, it is a surprise to me that whoever it is that is working on this watch can’t identify the ETA caliber, and get a calendar ring.

So, does it mean it's not a 1489?

Read my previous post about identifying the ETA caliber marks if there are any, beneath the rim of the balance wheel.

Thanks, but I'll let my watchmaker take care of that cause I don't want to open the watch myself to avoid additional problem. The watch is keeping accurate time and everything works at it should. Appreciate your kind reply @Canuck
    Cheers!
